Child Safety Standards (CSAE) - TotalHER

1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

TotalHER is committed to maintaining a safe, responsible, and lawful digital environment. We enforce zero tolerance for any content or behavior involving the sexual abuse, exploitation, endangerment, grooming, or harmful targeting of children.

We recognize the seriousness of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and treat any CSAE-related concern as urgent and high priority. These Child Safety Standards explain how TotalHER prevents abuse, how users can report concerns, how we respond to suspected CSAE and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), and how we comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility and Minor Safety

TotalHER is a women-only platform intended exclusively for adults. Only women who are 18 years of age or older may create an account or use TotalHER.

If TotalHER identifies, suspects, or receives credible reports that an account holder may be under the age of 18, we may take immediate safety action. This may include requesting age verification, restricting access, and/or permanently removing the account, in accordance with our enforcement processes and legal obligations.

Content involving minors is not permitted on TotalHER due to the platform’s adult-only nature.

3. Zero-Tolerance Policy

TotalHER explicitly prohibits any form of CSAE, including content, behavior, or attempts that facilitate harm to minors. Prohibited activity includes (without limitation):

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting or involving a minor in sexual activity, including images, videos, animations, AI-generated content, or links to such content.
• Grooming & solicitation: Attempts to befriend, manipulate, coerce, or entice a minor into sexual activity or exploitative situations.
• Sexualization of minors: Any depiction, discussion, or implication that sexualizes a minor, even if not explicit.
• Trafficking, exploitation, or facilitation: Any attempt to recruit, advertise, promote, distribute, trade, request, or direct others to sexual access involving minors or CSAM.
• Threats, extortion, coercion, or blackmail involving minors, including attempts to obtain sexual content or contact.

CSAE/CSAM is not allowed on TotalHER under any circumstances.

4. Prevention and Safety Practices

TotalHER uses safety measures designed to reduce abuse and harm, which may include:

• Clear rules prohibiting illegal, exploitative, and harmful content and behavior
• Monitoring and moderation activities consistent with platform risk and user reports
• User safety controls where available (such as blocking)
• Operational review processes to evaluate reports and take action

TotalHER continuously improves safety practices based on emerging risks, user feedback, and policy requirements.

5. Reporting Mechanisms

TotalHER provides users with ways to report safety issues and policy violations, including suspected CSAE/CSAM:

Users can report concerns by:

Reports may include concerns related to:

• Content (posts, comments, media, profiles)
• Accounts or suspicious behavior
• Harassment, threats, exploitation, or grooming indicators
• Any suspected CSAE/CSAM or child endangerment

We encourage users to report immediately if they suspect a child is at risk.

6. How TotalHER Responds to CSAE/CSAM Reports

When TotalHER becomes aware of suspected CSAE/CSAM, through user reports or other credible sources, we take appropriate steps that may include:

• Urgent review of the report
• Removal or restriction of violating content where legally permissible
• Account action against violators, including suspension and permanent bans
• Preservation of relevant records consistent with legal obligations and investigations
• Escalation to appropriate authorities when required or appropriate under applicable law

TotalHER does not allow users to share, store, request, or distribute CSAM. Attempts to do so may result in immediate account termination and further action as required.

7. Cooperation With Law Enforcement and Legal Compliance

TotalHER complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations and cooperates with lawful requests from competent authorities.

Where required, TotalHER may report suspected CSAM to relevant authorities or organizations. Because legal obligations vary by jurisdiction, our actions may include reporting, preservation, and disclosure of information when legally required or necessary to protect children.

8. Enforcement Actions

Violations of these Child Safety Standards may result in one or more of the following actions, depending on severity and legal requirements:

• Content removal or access restriction
• Account warnings or feature limitations
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent ban
• Reporting to relevant authorities where applicable

We may also take action against attempts to evade enforcement (for example, creating new accounts after a ban).

9. Appeals and Mistakes

TotalHER aims to enforce these standards fairly. If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may request a review by contacting totalherapp@gmail.com. CSAE/CSAM-related matters are treated as high-risk, and TotalHER may prioritize child safety and legal obligations when making final decisions.
